Hello there, everyone in the Ballard Point Condominiums community! We know you’ve all been waiting for an update on the recent sewer line incident that had us all holding our breath. Well, we’re here to bring you some good news and a glimpse into what’s been happening behind the scenes.
Rising from the Setback: The Road to Recovery
After the unexpected setback caused by the sewer line incident, we’re thrilled to announce that the Ballard Point Condominiums building is back to running at a full 100% capacity. Our dedicated friends at Bishop Plumbing took charge of the situation, working diligently to repair the sewage system and ensure everything is back in order.
Units in the Aftermath: A Tale of Resilience
Now, let’s address the heart of the matter – the two units that bore the brunt of the incident. It’s true that these units faced quite a challenge with flooding. The tireless efforts of the restoration crew have yielded results, with the removal of the damaged flooring in both units.
A Pause for Progress: From Blowers to Solution
You may have noticed the hustle and bustle of restoration crews over the past few days as they diligently worked to get things back to normal. The good news is that the blowers, which once filled the units with their persistent hum, have finally taken their leave. The auditory serenade of the blowers has quieted down, and it’s a sign of progress and improvement.
The Missing Flooring Puzzle: Residents’ Patience and Hope
While we’re on the road to recovery, we understand that the absence of flooring in these two units has been a challenge for the residents affected. The flooring, like a missing piece of a puzzle, is essential for making a house a home. Rest assured, the restoration process has been a step-by-step journey, and we’re all eagerly awaiting the final piece to fall into place.
A Community Coming Together: The Road Ahead
The board of directors is working diligently to find the best possible solution for these residents, ensuring that their homes can be restored to their former glory. We understand the importance of having a space that’s not just functional but also feels like home.
Brighter Days Ahead: Looking Forward
As we wrap up this update, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire Ballard Point Condominiums community. Your patience, resilience, and support have been nothing short of remarkable. While the journey to complete restoration may have its twists and turns, we’re confident that brighter days are on the horizon.
So, let’s continue to come together, support one another, and remain hopeful. We’re on this journey as a community, and together, we’ll see these units restored, lives back to regular rhythms, and Ballard Point Condominiums thriving once again.
Keep an eye out for more updates, and just know that we’ve got your back every step of the journey.

You, whoever you are, I’m guessing a board member, with your positive spin on everything, is the only info I have seen and I doubt many people living here even know about this site. Maybe a flyer on everyone’s door would help, and a Newsletter, like the old board provided would be of help.
Why do you not answer any questions I have put forth in previous comments and why do I never see any comments?
I know I have left a few.
Thank you,
John – Concerned owner.
I sent you an email about not seeing my comments.
