So far this winter, the Ballard Point Condominium staff has done an excellent job of keeping up with the snowfall. However, they have yet to be tested with a significant snowstorm. The condo complex has made sure that all the necessary precautions are taken to make sure that residents are safe.
The staff must recognize the importance of continuing to salt the roads to prevent them from freezing over and cars and residents from slipping and falling if the roads are not maintained…
and keeping all the handicapped spots clear of snow and free of ice so the handicapped people can get in and out of the handicapped areas.
We’ll see how well the staff manages the snow in February because it’s one of the coldest and snowiest months of the year.
