In recent months, we’ve witnessed a spike in incidents involving the theft of packages from our community lobby. As online shopping continues to surge in popularity, so too does the opportunity for opportunistic individuals to snatch unattended deliveries. This trend not only poses a financial burden to affected residents but also undermines the sense of security within our community.

To combat this issue, we’re calling upon every member of our community to be proactive and observant. If you notice anyone loitering in the lobby who appears suspicious or out of place, we urge you to take action. Whether it’s contacting 911 or promptly reporting the situation to the office, your vigilance can make all the difference in thwarting theft attempts.

- Encourage neighbors to collect each other’s packages when away and notify the office of any suspicious activity.

Best option is all important Package should be delivered to Association office.
Office secretary should receive Package and hende to residents.
Like every other community.
She is not doing anything all day long it would keep her occupied.
Office hours should be from 9 am to 6 pm.
So we can pick up our Packages after work.
Office hours should definitely be longer. I would feel better about being able to pick up packages anytime 24/7 in the office, and even get guest parking passes at any time.
The board of directors should contact Amazon to arrange the installation of Amazon lockers in each lobby. There’s ample space for these lockers, which would significantly reduce package theft. It’s surprising that the board hasn’t considered this simple yet effective solution.
